Vehicle handling, liability & service agreement

Customers are required to remove all valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle prior to handing over the keys. Under no circumstances should the car wash executive be requested or instructed to drive the vehicle.

In the event that our staff arrives at the service location and the service is cancelled, declined, or not availed by the customer, applicable visiting charges may be levied.

We have instructed all car wash executives, who operate as independent vendors, to adhere to these conditions. Any actions taken by them beyond these instructions shall be their sole responsibility, and Cleancy shall not be held liable for such actions.

We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, missing items, or incidents arising due to non-compliance with the above conditions.

By availing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation & refund policy

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of ₹50.
  • If our team reaches your location and you are unavailable or unreachable, it will be treated as a no-show. A fee of ₹100 may be charged.
  • In rare cases where we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.

Refund policy

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please report it within 2 hours with supporting pictures. We will either redo the service free of charge or offer a partial/full refund.
  • Refunds for prepaid services (online payment) will be credited within 3–5 working days to the original mode of payment.
  • For multi-service packages, refunds will be provided for the unused services if cancelled, subject to deductions for any discounts availed.

Privacy policy

Cleancy website is owned by Cleancy LLP, which is a data controller of your personal data.

Personal information we collect: When you visit Cleancy, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the installed cookies on your device. We might also collect personal data you provide to us (including but not limited to Name, phone number, email) during enquiries.

Why do we process your data: Our top priority is customer data security. Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding website usage.
