At Cleancy, we strive to provide exceptional service and flexibility to our customers. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking any service.

• Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
   
  • Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time are free of charge.
     
  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of ₹50.
     
• No-Show Policy:
   
  • If our team reaches your location and you are unavailable or unreachable, it will be treated as a no-show. A fee of ₹100 may be charged to compensate for staff travel and time.
     
• Cleancy-Initiated Cancellations:
   
  • In rare cases where we have to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, staff unavailability), we will inform you as early as possible and offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.
     

• Unsatisfactory Service:
   
  • If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please report it within 2 hours with supporting pictures. We will either redo the service free of charge or offer a partial/full refund based on the issue.
     
• Prepaid Bookings:
   
  • Refunds for prepaid services (online payment) will be credited within 3-5 working days to the original mode of payment.
     
• Package Services:
   
  • For multi-service packages, refunds will be provided for the unused services if canceled, subject to deductions for any discounts availed.
